The electric ball valve features an integrated design, controllable directly by 4~20mA DC or 1~5V DC control signals and single-phase power supply. Well-known for its comprehensive functionality, compact size, portability, reliable performance, simple installation, and high flow capacity, it is particularly suitable for handling viscous, particulate, or fibrous media. The electric ball valve is adaptable to switching and regulating functions, used in conjunction with an actuator through a direct connection. The built-in servo system of the electric actuator does not require an additional servo amplifier, operating solely on a 4-20mA signal and 220VAC power supply. This design simplifies the connection process and features a compact structure, small size, lightweight, low resistance, and reliable action.
This valve uses DC24V, AC220V, or AC380V as the power source, responding directly to standard signals (e.g., 4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC, etc.), converting the signal into corresponding displacement to achieve the rotation of the ball and adjustment of the opening, thus achieving precise flow control. Features also include easy installation in any position of the pipeline, multiple power options, smooth internal channels suitable for viscous fluids and solid particle transmission, and efficient sealing materials that reduce friction and extend service life.
