Nitrogen supply device The medium from the pressure take-off point located on the tank top is introduced into the detection mechanism (7) through the pressure guiding tube. The medium generates a force on the detection element, which balances with the preload force of the preset spring (8). When the pressure inside the tank drops below the pressure set point of the nitrogen supply device, the balance is disrupted, causing the pilot valve core (6) to open. This allows the gas upstream of the valve to pass through the pressure reducing valve (4), the throttle valve (5), and enter the upper and lower diaphragm chambers of the main valve actuator (3). As a result, the main valve core (2) opens, allowing nitrogen to be injected into the tank. When the pressure inside the tank rises to the pressure set point of the nitrogen supply device, the pilot valve core (6) is closed due to the preload force of the preset spring. Additionally, the main valve is closed due to the spring action in the main valve actuator, stopping the nitrogen supply.
