The pneumatic trunnion ball valve is composed of a ball valve and a pneumatic actuator (GT/AT/AW series). The pneumatic trunnion ball valve is a kind of valve that its closure member (ball) rotates around the center line of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. The sealing part is embedded in the valve seat, and the tail end of the metal valve seat is equipped with a spring. When the sealing surface is worn or burned, the valve seat and the ball are pushed to form a metal seal under the action of the spring. It has a unique automatic pressure relief function. When the medium pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the preload of the spring, the valve seat at the outlet end will retreat and separate from the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After pressure relief, the valve seat will automatically reset. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids, and natural gas, and also suitable for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene, and is widely used in various industries.
