Cryogenic balance cage control valve is mainly used for precise regulation of ultra-low temperature media, with temperatures as low as -196°C. It is suitable for low-temperature devices such as ethylene, LNG, air separation, and pressure swing adsorption oxygen production.
The valve spool adopts a sleeve guide structure. This valve uses a high-performance sealing ring on the valve plug or sleeve to seal the balance chamber to form a single-seat sealing structure. This type of valve has a compact structure and an S-shaped fluid channel. It is also equipped with a guide wing to improve the balanced flow of fluid around the sleeve, resulting in small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics, in line with IEC60534 -2-1-2011 standards. Cryogenic control valve has good dynamic stability, low noise and little cavitation corrosion.
