Self-operated Temperature(cooling type) Control Valve Features
When the temperature of the controlled object exceeds the set temperature, the liquid inside the temperature bulb expands, increasing the force acting on the actuator rod. This force causes the valve core component to open the valve under the action of the temperature bulb, allowing for an increased flow of water or other cooling media. This in turn reduces the temperature of the controlled object until it reaches the set value, at which point the valve closes. Once the valve is closed, the temperature of the controlled object begins to rise, prompting the valve to reopen. The cooling media then reenters the heat exchanger, further reducing the temperature. This cycle ensures that the controlled temperature remains constant. The degree of valve opening is determined by the difference between the actual temperature of the controlled object and the set temperature.
Main features
30T02Y/30T02R self operated temperature(cooling type)control valves, consisting of a control valve and a temperature controller with fixed-point adjustment.Suitable for non corrosive liquids, gases, and steam, temperature control in various heating systems. When the temperature of the controlled medium rises, the control valve open.
