Self-operated Temperature(heating type) Control Valve Features & Specifications
When the temperature of the controlled object is lower than the set temperature, the liquid in the temperature bulb contracts, reducing the force acting on the actuator rod. Under the action of the spring force, the valve core component opens the valve, increasing the flow rate of heating media such as steam and hot oil, and raising the temperature of the controlled object. This process continues until the temperature of the controlled object reaches the set value, at which point the valve closes. Once the valve is closed, the temperature of the controlled object begins to drop, causing the valve to reopen, allowing heating media to enter the heat exchange again and raise the temperature. This cycle ensures that the controlled temperature remains constant. The degree of valve opening is related to the difference between the actual temperature of the controlled object and the set temperature.
Main features
30T01Y/30T01R self operated temperature(heating type) control valves, consisting of a control valve and a temperature controller with fixed-point adjustment.Suitable for non corrosive liquids, gases, and steam, temperature control in various heating systems. When the temperature of the controlled medium rises, the control valve closes
